What time is check in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2pm, and check-out is before 11am. Jump or skip the queue with our new self check-in kiosks.

What’s the best way to get to the hotel?
We are easily accessible by car with the best pick up or drop off spot on Commonwealth Street.
We are easily accessible by train as well, with Museum station as the closest train station, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Central station is the next closest, just a 10 minute walk away.

What is the best way to and from the airport?
If travelling from the airport to the hotel, for international guests, head to the Sydney International Airport station, or for domestic guests, head to the Sydney Domestic Airport Station. Jump on the T8 City Circle line, via Museum. Jump off at Museum station and walk approximately 5 minutes, or 350m, to the hotel.

Do you have parking?
The closest car park to the hotel is Wilson Parking – 175 Liverpool Street, or Secure Parking – Goulburn Street. Both car parks are external to the hotel.
If you choose to park at Secure Parking – Goulburn Street, guests are welcome to validate their parking ticket with reception.
